Blanchardstown Chamber 13th Annual Golf Classic announced

Blanchardstown Chamber has announced details of its forthcoming 13th Annual Golf Classic, which will take place on Wednesday 28th May 2008 at Castleknock Golf Club.

The Golf Classic which is sponsored by Castleknock Golf Club is one of the Chamber’s key events throughout the year and has proven to be a most enjoyable affair for all past attendees.

This Classic includes breakfast, golf, and a prize-giving dinner. With the generous sponsorship from the Castleknock Golf Club, the Chamber is delighted to offer all members this golf package at the reduced rate of €550.00. The winner of the competition will also receive the Chamber Perpetual Trophy, won in style last year by Markwatch Security Training Services.

Castleknock Golf Course is part of the Somerton Estate originally owned by Sir George Brooke. In September 2006 the club house was opened, with a fully stocked pro shop, coffee shop and most comfortable changing rooms at ground floor level, together with a bar and restaurant located at first floor level with panoramic views of the Wicklow Mountains and Liffey Valley.

This year again there will be four options for those who wish to participate in whatever way suits them: Team of Four @ €550, Single Player @ €150, Sponsorship of Hole @ €150 or Dinner only @ €50.

Those members who are non-golfers, are urged to join the rest for the prize-giving dinner at the Clubhouse.
