Linking employers to jobseekers

The perfect match is something we all strive for in our lives and Dublin 15’s Local Employment Service (LES) seeks to do just that – provide a perfect match between local employers and local jobseekers.

The LES Job Matching Service is an innovative community recruitment service linking local employers to local jobseekers. Using a detailed database of job seeking candidates with various skills, qualifications and experience, the service can put local employers in direct contact with potential employees suited to the job on offer.

The LES also offers local employers a free and effective recruitment service that includes the advertising of job vacancies in local Joblink offices, drawing up a short list of suitable candidates, sending the shortlisted cv’s to employers, arranging interviews and also providing post recruitment support.
