A spot of group therapy: In the unlikely event that they should fail to find anything that takes their fancy at Draíocht, Dublin 15 theatre audiences would do well to check out the listings at the oft-overlooked Venue Theatre in Ratoath for their drama fix.
Going but not forgotten: Fishamble Theatre Companies new production is a solo piece of theatre, written and acted by Pat Kinevane, which reveals the interconnecting stories of four elderly people, living in retirement homes and care facilities around Ireland, who range in age from 80 to 100 years old.

Wilde about Oscar: Ballet Ireland has been at the forefront of modern ballet in Ireland and tickets are already selling very briskly for their third gala production, “Ballet Extravaganza 2008 This groundbreaking programme sees the commission of brand new ballets based on works written by the renowned Irish dramatist and poet, Oscar Wilde.

Patchworks and other works: Marian Reilly is a long time resident of Castleknock who paints under the pseudonym “Inside Colours”. Her forthcoming exhibition “Patchworks and other works” will be her first public display of her collection but this self-taught artist delivers a depth of meaning that would knot many an art critic’s brow.
