The changing face of Dublin 15: A new addition to the BAP website gives a fascinating insight into the changing face of Dublin 15. Partnership area boundaries extended : As part of the Cohesion process instigated by the Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs in 2003, the Partnership boundaries have now been extended to include the entire area of Dublin 15 stretching to the Meath border, north as far as the N2 and south to Lucan and the river Liffey.
