 Another international medal for Lisa Kurtz: Lisa has again brought home a medal from a European kickboxing event, this time winning a silver medal in the International Golden Gloves tournament, which was held in Treviso, Italy.

 
Success for Coolmine Community School’s athletes: The great contribution that Coolmine Community school makes to the area was rewarded recently on the athletics field as both boys’ and girls’ cross-country teams acquitted themselves very well at the recent school’s championship in Galway with the latter winning the silver medal.
Coolmine are emphatic winners in final league game : Coolmine fist team has finished in sixth place in Division 2 of the Leinster League, after this decisive 35-12 win at Ashbrook over Railway Union.

Great success enjoyed by Coolmine Gymnastics club: On Sunday 20th January the female gymnasts of Coolmine Gymnastics club travelled to Skerries to compete in the Level 2-6 Regional Single Piece/Club Team Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Competition in Skerries Gymnastics Club.

Peregrine’s footballers fall narrowly in close encounter: St. Peregrine’s traveled to windswept Palmerstown last Sunday, to face St Patrick’s for what proved to be a pulsating AFL 3 encounter.
Castleknock’s young hurlers in the Midlands: The Castleknock Under 10 squad travelled to Co. Laois to play against the Durrow Harps club in both football and hurling.

Érin go Brágh camogie team breaks new ground:In what was an historic day for Érin go Brágh, the Littlepace based GAA club, the under-12 camogie team played its first competitive match.
