 Castleknock Tennis Championships: The spring junior championships of Castleknock Tennis Club ( CLTC) took place last week Mar 25-30. 142 children between 8 and 16 years old took part, which is double the figure of just two years ago and represents great progress for the club.

 
New ‘Football in the Community’ officer for Fingal: Paul Keogh has been appointed the new ‘Football in the Community’ officer Fingal. A native of the Fingal area, he has twelve years of experience at grassroots level in the sport and an in-depth knowledge of the area which will see him cover Swords and North Fingal.
History Makers : The first ever competitive adult team fielded by the recently formed Érin go Brágh club faced Civil Service, a club with a long history.

Spanish visitors welcomed by Coolmine: Last weekend saw an unusual day at the Coolmine club as vistors from foreign shores were entertained by Coolmine when the club’s second team hosted Spanish touring side Quimic.

Castleknock GAA Easter Camp: The Castleknock GAA Easter camp went off with great aplomb recently with one of the highlights being the visit of Dublin star Bernard Brogan who made such an impact in last year’s championship and promises to be a key player in Dublin’s advance on the Sam Maguire again this year.
Castleknock & Crossmaglen U12s show Dublin and Armagh how to do it: Castleknock under 12s visited Armagh and one of the most famous ground in the country last weekend when they made the trip to St.Oliver Plunkett Park in Crossmaglen, on a day when Dublin were due to play the Orchard County in the National League.

Under 10 Gaelic Football - O’Dwyer’s v St. Peregrine’s: St. Peregrine’s of Blakestown were the visitors to Bremore Park on Saturday 15th March, were they took on the under-10 squad of O’Dwyer’s on a damp Saturday morning.
Érin go Brágh camogie team breaks new ground:In what was an historic day for Érin go Brágh, the Littlepace based GAA club, the under-12 camogie team played its first competitive match.
