 Darren Sutherland joins boxing’s elite : Local boxer, Darren Sutherland, has capped a fine amateur boxing career by joining an elite club of Irish boxers who have managed to claim an Olympic medal. It was achieved in a devastatingly efficient performance in his fight against Venezuelan, Alfonso Blanco, the man who had hindered Sutherland’s progress in the World Championships last year.

Erin go Brágh summer camps : The Summer Cúl Camps are behind us, not that we've had much of a summer! However, the weather did not stop sixty budding hurlers take part in the recent Erin go Brágh summer camp which was probably one of the best camps the club has ever run.
